Project Description/ Scope of Works: CPML Contractors Limited provided specialized engineering services for the construction of a twelve-story carpark, focusing on advanced construction methods and structural solutions. The scope included the specification of the Garage Beam System—a proprietary formwork system designed to achieve long-span capabilities of 30 to 60 feet, enhancing both parking capacity and vehicle circulation efficiency. Each floor of the structure was engineered using post-tensioning (PT) technology, with CPML engaged as both the consultant for the engineered formwork system and the supplier and installer of the post-tensioning cables.
